The ST-70 and ST-90 sediment automatic detectors adopt a self-developed, non-contact electromagnetic induction vernier depth gauge design. Utilizing gravity and vibration, the probe is driven into the sediment layer. The sediment thickness is determined by measuring the relative displacement between the probe’s movable outer ring, which presses against the sediment surface, and the probe’s bottom. Measurement accuracy is corrected by the built-in tilt sensor, and hole depth is determined by the length of the lowering wire.
It is applicable to transportation, municipal works, housing construction, water conservancy, electric powerand other scenarios. lt can adapt to dry holes, slurry walls, and other conditions. Combined with wireless data transmission and Al analysis capabilities, it greatly improves construction quality control efficiency.
