Introduction

The Array Inclinometer is an advanced geotechnical instrumentation designed to measure ground and structural deformations with high precision and reliability. It is composed of high-strength array fixed-length measuring units. The units are connected by flexible joints that can withstand the largest stress and deformation. Each measuring unit is marked with an X-axis mark line.

1. Temperature zone compensation and data stability: The error between shaft systems is perfectly eliminated through high integration.The temperature zone compensation model is used to eliminate temperature drift between -40~60℃ ensuring the stability of data acquisition. In the experimental environment, the best data fluctuation of this series of products is only 0.01mm.

2. Accurate direction and reliable precision: Before the product leaves the factory, each node is independently calibrated using a high-precision, fully automatic calibration system. After the assembly is completed, it is calibrated again as a whole to ensure the accuracy of the X,Y, and Z directions, and the displacement resolution of each section (500mm) up to 0.005mm. 3. Of set correction: When the array displacement meter is first installed, if the inclinometer tube has twisted, it can be corrected according to the angle between the mark line direction of the first section of the array displacement meter and the direction of the deformation to be measured during installation, ensuring the accuracy of the monitoring direction.

4. Torsional correction: After the array displacement meter is installed, if the inclinometer tube twists during the monitoring process, the angle caused by the array displacement meter twisting during the torsion process of the inclinometer tube can be corrected to ensure the accuracy of the measurement results.

5. Segmented design and reuse: The array displacement meter adopts a segmented design. The users can combine it on site according to the needs of different monitoring projects and freely splice the length of the array displacement meter to truly achieve the reuse.
